I'm on a new Journey... a journey to renewed and improved health!

I have to say I'm now pretty excited about it, but the road to this point was long and at times, scary.  I'm now in full menopause, or as my doctor said...  I am post-menopausal.  It it hard and fast, a year ago.  Hot flashes, many moments of unsteadiness and not being so sure of myself...  then the aches & pains in my legs and worse...  my feet. Somewhere along the way I had developed Plantar Fasciitis. 

I've always been healthy... always had some 'tummy trouble' and trouble with my sinuses (ear/nose/throat) but otherwise I was good.  I never smoked and hardly ever drink but must admit... I love sweets and carbs.  I'm addicted to sugar/carbs.

Long Time

It has been far too long since I've visited my blog site. Why, because I have been incredibly busy! But, that is not a very good excuse, is it?

I've been working like mad on Danny's website, which is almost complete... just a bit of tweaking to do before I actually post it live online. Would you like a sneak-peek?

I am happy to report though that one of the biggest jobs I have had over the past 10 months is nearly completed and I am just waiting to hear if there are any last minute revisions before I get paid. I now know I did not charge nearly enough!!!

It's Fall, Autum to some. I wish it wasn't raining so much lately however, we had a pretty great summer so I will not complain. I'm sure we are due for a couple of warm weeks before the snow flies. I just hope I'll be able to fit a week in NYC before then.
